Downtown

If are looking for a chic urban lifestyle,  check out Tampa's Channelside District. With dozens of new multi-story condo projects under development, the district may one day resemble Miami's South Beach with its vibrant nightlife, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance of luxurious lofts. Historic Ybor City, is only a few minutes -- and a few trolley stops -- away and provides a mix of history, excellent dining, and some of the hottest nightlife in all of Tampa Bay.

• Channelside The Towers of Channelside and Park Crest on Harbour Island are just two of the developments that provide luxury upscale condominiums. Living in the Channelside District, Harbour Island or downtown Tampa will offer you exceptional opportunities to pursue a high quality of life.

South Tampa

South Tampa offers eclectic areas with a lot of personality. Located only minutes of downtown, the area boasts stylish neighborhoods such asHyde Park or Davis Island. The sidewalk of Bayshore Boulevard overlooks beautiful Hillsborough Bay and is popular with runners and rollerbladers. • Hyde Park is located near the University of Tampa and close to Tampa's business and cultural arts district. There are subareas within Hyde Park: Hyde Park Village, an upscale shopping district located near the intersection of Swann and Rome Avenues encompassing several city blocks; SoHo, a small sub-district that runs along South Howard Avenue; and Bayshore, an area abutting Bayshore Boulevard.

Northeast Tampa

Do you prefer newer areas and love outdoors? New Tampa offers modern communities near terrific parks with easy access to biking trails or canoeing. Drive a little north, and you end up in Pasco county. There has been much growth in Pasco county in recent years with hot areas like Wesley Chapel and Land O Lakes hosting many new developments. Young families favor these areas for quality schools and affordability.

• Land O Lakes lives up to its name elegantly, with neighborhoods designed around the area's many lakes and nature preserves. Every community in Land O Lakes is loaded with a host of amenities, and with a wide selection of affordable homes as well, it's no wonder this is such a popular community. A bit of trivia: Land O Lakes was used to film the movie Edward Scissorhands!
• Lutz The over 100 lakes in the Hillsborough County community of Lutz are just one reason why its residents are so proud of the community's balance of country comforts with urban growth. Not only is the area conveniently located near major highways (I-275, Veteran's Expressway, Dale Mabry), it is also peppered with beautiful Florida scenery that is a welcome break from city congestion. New Tampa is the fastest growing "community" in Hillsborough County. This area contains thousands of beautiful acres of award-winning, master-planned communities in a spectacular natural setting. Wesley Chapel Rising among the East Pasco countryside, Wesley Chapel is a community in progress. New shopping centers continue to appear catering to these suburban pioneers.

Northwest Tampa

If you prefer newer suburbs yet want to stay within half an hour commute to downtown, you may prefer the Citrus Park and Westchase neighborhoods located in northwest of Hillsborough County. Veterans Expressway makes the commute to downtown a breeze. These are more established neighborhoods with easy access to numerous restaurants and shopping centers, including Citrus Park Mall. In this area, but offering the lush yards and conveniences of older, well-established communities, are the Carollwood and Northdale neighborhoods.

• Carrollwood is a planned upscale community located north of Tampa. Schools are among the best with several colleges and universities close by. The surrounding communities of Carrollwood offer plenty of recreational activities including golf and fishing. Close proximity to airport, shopping, and recreation is why homes in this community are very much in demand.
• Citrus Park A variety of home styles and an easy commute to just about any part of Tampa make Citrus Park a dream come true for busy families. Many starter homes are available, as well as large, luxurious estate homes. Just minutes from Tampa International Airport, the Westshore business district, and downtown Tampa, residents are sure to love the community's excellent location. South of Hillsborough County

South of Hillsborough, new communities have been quickly taking place of old country ranches.
