In addition to offering top-notch real estate services in the Tampa Bay area and short sale expertise, Quicksilver Real Estate Group is also owned and operated by attorney Samantha L. Dammer with the Law Offices of Joseph F. Pippin, Jr.

Ms. Dammer graduated first in her class from St. Xavier University in Chicago with a degree in English Literature in 1995. Thereafter, she attended law school at Valparaiso University School of Law. Ms. Dammer graduated from Valpo Law School Magna Cum Laude in 1998.

Immediately after graduation from law school, Samantha Dammer started her own general practice law firm in Orland Park, a suburb of Chicago. Within the first year, Ms. Dammer’s law firm, The Law Offices of Samantha L. Friel & Associates, P.C., became a leader in providing legal services in the south Chicagoland suburbs. Ms. Dammer quickly concentrated her practice in real estate and domestic relations law. She has closed over 700 real estate transactions, both residential and commercial.

In 2001, Ms. Dammer founded All-American Real Estate Group, a residential real estate brokerage which she owned and operated for several years. 

In 2007, after working for two Florida real estate companies in a corporate environment, Ms. Dammer launched her own full-service real estate brokerage. Quicksilver Real Estate Group prides itself on flexibility and agility in an ever-changing market. As an investor-friendly brokerage, Quicksilver assists investors of all experience levels in building a strong real estate portfolio.

Ms. Dammer actively serves as Secretary of Wheels of Success, a not-for-profit organization devoted to providing vehicles for working families. She is a member of the Greater Tampa Area Realtor Association as well as the National Association of Realtors.
